Found this somewhere on Gamestop. Essentially, it's to do with the Major Arcana Tarot cards, from Fool (0) to The World (21).
How it works is, you add your birth date, birth month, the first two digits of your birth year, then the last two digits. In my case:
9 + 11 + 19 + 90 = 129
From there, you add 12 + 9 to get 21 - The World.
(Note that because Fool is 0, it's impossible to have that Arcana)
And if you add 2 +1, you get your Arcana pair, which in my case is 3 - Empress.
0: Fool: innocence, divine inspiration, madness, freedom, spontaneity, inexperience, chaos, and creativity
1: Magician: action, initiative, self-confidence, manipulation and power
2: Priestess: hidden knowledge or other untapped power, wisdom, female mystery and magic
3: Empress: prosperity, creativity, sexuality, abundance, fertility and comfort
4: Emperor: the desire to control one's surroundings possibly causing trouble for others
5: Heirophant: education, authority, conservatism, obedience to rules and relationship with the divine
6: Lovers: love and romantic relationships, finding agreement with an ordinary friend or two conflicting elements
7: Chariot: victory, conquest, self-assertion, control, war and command
8: Justice: justice, objectivity, rationality and analysis
9: Hermit: wisdom, introspection, solitude, retreat and philosophical searches
10: Fortune: fate and varying luck, fortunes and opportunities
11: Strength: self-control, gentleness, courage and virtue over brute force
12: Hanged Man: self-sacrifice for the sake of enlightenment, and the bindings that makes one free, paradoxes and hanging between heaven and earth
13: Death: metamorphosis and deep change, regeneration and cycles
14: Temperance: synthesis, prudence, harmony, and the merging of opposites
15: Devil: the urge to do selfish, impulsive, violent things and be slave to ones' own impulse and feelings
16: Tower: overly arrogant, prejudiced and authoritarian organization, which walk to their own ironic demise
17: Star: hope, self-confidence, faith, altruism, luck, generosity, peace and joy
18: Moon: creativity, inspiration, dreams, madness, illusions, fear, fantasy, the subconscious and trickery
19: Sun: happiness, joy, energy, optimism, and accomplishment
20: Judgment: a person's awareness of himself, and others
21: The World: a representation of the world, the totality of it, symbol of fulfillment, wholeness, harmony
