This is a one-shot series for a mini-RP that me and Sarisa are doing. Hope you like it. ^^ A note from Sarisa, this isn't connected to the Org RP at all. It's a what-if scenario.
Myth #1 – Mystery of the Giant Worm
I spent most of the afternoon in Celebi’s library, reading book after book on dangerous myths. These were the kind of dangerous myths that would keep little kids up at night. Quite a few caught my attention, so I sent a letter to Roxas about them, and asked him if he would like to help. I didn’t know if he would, so I read as I waited.
I was in the very back of the library, but I heard the door open and the sound of shoes enter the room. I knew it wasn’t Celebi, because she hardly wears shoes. Besides, they sounded like sneakers. Sneakers were unheard of in this world. Sure enough, a few minutes later Roxas came to greet me.
“Roxas, you should take a look at this one. This is one we’ll check out first.”
So Roxas made his way to me, curious as to what I had found. I showed the chapter to him. It talked about a giant worm that terrorized a land not too far from Amara. So the first chance we got, we boarded a boat and made our way to the large island. The site that greeted us was not a pleasant one.
Most of the trees were broken, large places of soil were moved… and the islanders hid in fear. Roxas and I made our way off the boat, and stayed on our guard. We never knew when this giant worm would ambush us. As we made our way farther in, I could feel that something wasn’t right. Sure enough, we were greeted with the biggest and ugliest worm that we ever saw. It was blue, with a gray face that was wrinkled and elongated. It was different from worms, too. It had sharp teeth, and it looked like it wanted to eat us. It didn’t, though. However, it spat tan blobs out at us that we had to dodge. Neither Roxas nor I knew what those blobs did, and we didn’t want to find out.
So, after a lot of time and cooperation, we finally defeated the giant worm. We took a piece of it off, boarded the boat, and headed back to Amara. The whole boat ride, Roxas and I discussed what that worm might be called. Neither of us knew, so I dubbed an appropriate name for it: The Halloween Town Death Worm’s Giant Third Cousin. Roxas looked at me confused for a few seconds, and then we both burst out laughing. I knew that as long as Roxas and I were together, we’d explore any myth that was presented to us. I could tell that Roxas enjoyed my company as much as I enjoyed his.
